Artist's Description
I came across this old brass knob in a small town in Pennsylvania. The house was built around 1870, and the knob's design indicates European influence of the Arts & Crafts Movement from England. Old, vintage doors are fascinating. They are silent witnesses to the passage of time, yet the beauty of craftsmanship is timeless.

I am a multimedia artist with a Master of Art degree in art history, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and drawing. I have had a rewarding career in fine art, encompassing international awards and works in public and private collections.
