Description
When in Paris on vacation, I took a lot of pictures of the many, beautiful 19th century buildings and their magnificent front doors, still in use and lovingly preserved. Witness to the golden age of the Industrial era, or La Belle Epoque as it is often referred to, this particular beautiful door knocker had an intricately patterned surface, now genteelly worn.
